Note that drainage is an agreed upon scope of work which carries a workmanship warranted for that scope of work, however it is not a guarantee to drain any given area in all weather conditions. North Carolina is prone to heavy rainfall events, flash floods, hurricanes, etc. and many areas have soils with low natural drainage.
